Shop/Shed Scheme (Laghu Vikray Kendra Yojna)

Application Form

Under this Scheme, the Corporation provides loans to the Municipal corporations, Municipal Committees/ Nagar Panchayats/Block Samitis and Gram Panchayats for Construction of shops/sheds. Rate Of Interest is @4%. Such shops/sheds constructed with the help of financial Assistance of the Corporation are rented out only to Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes families at concessional rate of rent.
Maximum Loan Limit

Rs.50,000/- per shop and Rs.60,000/- per shop In difficult or remote areas.
Rate of Interest

4%

Repayment Period

10 Years.
Means of Finance Directly by HPSCST Development Corporation.

Eligibility

The Municipal Corporations, Municipal Committees/ Nagar Panchayats/ Gram Panchayats.
